Last year we calculated exactly what we send to the listing platforms. The number came out to almost a thousand euros per chalet per month — money that, on paper, just disappears into a layer of search results.
We decided to do something simple instead. The day a guest writes to us directly, we send them the same calendar, the same chalets, and a price that's around 15 % cheaper. That saving is real — it's the host fee, the guest service fee and the currency conversion all bundled into a single number we control.
What the guest gets back is more than money. Direct booking means we can move dates around when your flight is delayed, swap chalets if there's a maintenance issue, or just stop by your table with a glass of rakija when the night is right.
